What all is included in the conference ticket? +
All learning/participation sessions, on-line access to materials/presentations, WIFI access, snacks, and breakfast and lunch both days.
What if I can’t attend both days? +
We have intentionally kept rates low to encourage attendance. If you can’t attend both days, we encourage you to send a substitute for the day you can’t attend.
What if I find out I can’t attend after I registered? +
Due to the commitments that must be made for a conference of this magnitude, we will be unable to provide refunds. However, you may send attendee replacements. The names of team members splitting the conference must be provided no later than the day before the conference.
Can I get continuing education credit? +
Professional HR Continuing Education Credits will be applied for as appropriate (HRCI, SHRM ). Forms and more information will be available through the App.
Is there a dress code? +
Conference Attire is Business Casual at a minimum. You may wear company apparel if considered business casual. No tee-shirts or shorts.
What if my company pays by check only? +
We don’t want you to miss a thing. So, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide a special code for you to use to register. When you register with that code, we’ll email you the invoice information and instructions on where to send the check.
I added a valid discount code but my rate didn’t change. What happened? +
If you select a ticket type that has a price lower than the discounted price, you automatically receive the lower ticket price. Also, be sure to ‘apply’ your discount once you enter the code.
Where can I get the hotel information? +
On the registration tab, we ask if you plan to stay at the hotel. Just click “Yes” or “Not Sure Yet”.
